The Jewish Community of Ecuador has a cemetery since it appears. First, it was located in La Magdalena and then was moved to El Batán. Some corpses were also relocated there, from a small cemetery in Ambato in 80’s.
Cemetery and funeral services are kept and managed by volunteer members of the community.
